Riches are in the niches. When you market to the masses with a similar product as everyone else, it is normally a race to the bottom. As price becomes the main factor of increasing sales. When there is little competition, you can raise your prices. Too much in marketing focuses about how to appeal to the largest market, which means water down the offering with only safe choices.
